Brest is a French football club based in Brest. It was established in 1950 following the fusion of five local patronages, including Armoricaine de Brest, formed in 1903.
Stade Brestois 29 is the full formal name of the club, but it's simply known as Brest. The club plays in Ligue 1 at present.
