One season in the middle of 1943, their name was Card-Pitt, but from 1945 to 1959, they played again under the Chicago Cardinals.

From 1960 to 1986, they played as St. Louis Cardinals, and from 1989 to 1999, they played as Phoenix Cardinals. But finally, in 1994, they retained their current name Arizona Cardinals, which is still going on.
