The Los Angeles Rams were founded in 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Cleveland Rams. The team won the 1945 NFL Championship title. They lost Super Bowl XXXVI to the New England Patriots. After receiving approval from the other owners, they moved to Los Angeles in 2016, became the Los Angeles Rams, and appeared in Super Bowl LIII but lost to the Patriots.
